SIX MONTHS WARRANTY

All our products have a warranty of 6 months. If any production default is detected within this period, please return to your point of purchase. In case you purchased your product online on this website, return it to below mentioned address.

 

RETURN POLICY and THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer 30 days returns on all orders! If you decide to return the product(s) within the 30-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging of returning the good(s) to our office.
Any brand new product can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We want you to love your AZE Jewels goods. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price AZE Jewels goods within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition.

Please contact our Customer Support team at info@azejewels.com to schedule the return. All returns must be unused and in original condition, and you need yourself to arrange the return costs. All items must be returned to:

Please leave a note in the shipment with: 1. order number, 2. Desired size or state if you want your refund in cash. Once we receive it and verify that it is unworn, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued.
